Logistics & 3PL

Every load creates an hour of typing. It doesn't have to.

One shipment touches your TMS, three carrier portals, and a dozen emails. We build dispatch and freight document automation that does the re-keying for you — BOLs generated, customers updated, exceptions flagged.

Your build

What we'd build for you

Freight runs on re-keyed data. A booking arrives by email, gets typed into the TMS, typed again into a carrier portal, and summarized a fourth time for the customer. Logistics automation software exists to type it once — ours reads the booking, creates the load, and pushes it everywhere it needs to go.

For 3PLs and carriers we typically automate the document chain first: BOLs, rate confirmations, PODs, and customs paperwork generated from load data, filed against the shipment, and sent to the right party on time. Dispatch boards stay current because the automation updates them, and customers stop calling for status because updates reach them first.

Every build works with the TMS and portals you already use — trucking dispatch software you own, shaped around your lanes and carriers, instead of another subscription that covers half the workflow.

Before and after

Where the week goes today — and where it comes back

Today
  • Dispatchers re-keying the same load into the TMS, carrier portals, and email
  • Customers calling for status because updates go out late
  • BOLs and customs docs assembled by hand for every shipment
After the build
  • Every load entered once — the automation carries it everywhere else
  • Status updates sent automatically at every milestone
  • Shipping paperwork generated the moment a load books
How it works

One workflow. Six weeks. Yours.

Every build runs the same four phases — scoped to the logistics & 3pl workflow that pays back fastest, and nothing moves forward without your team seeing it work.

Phase 1 · Week 1

Map

One working session on how work actually flows through your operation — and which of your dispatch and route planning costs the most to do by hand.

Phase 2 · Weeks 2–4

Build

AI reads your messy inputs — emails, PDFs, forms — while deterministic code enforces your pricing, approvals, and data rules. Built around the tools you already run.

Phase 3 · Weeks 5–6

Ship

Live in production with your team trained, exceptions routing to a person, and every action logged from day one.

Phase 4 · Ongoing

Support

Monitored and iterated as volume grows and your process changes. You own the system either way.

How Gulmen Digital turned lead-to-quote into a 5-minute job

We built Gul, an AI ops desk for Gulmen Digital — an Australian supplier of packaging machines, label printers, and finishing equipment. It qualifies inbound leads in any language, answers product questions from the live catalogue, and produces branded quotes, order confirmations, and cover letters from the company's own templates.
